What is Regional Integration?

The purpose of this educational module is to provide the user with an understanding of regional integration. It specifically deals with the different forms of regional integration that can be observed today. The module is structured so that the user decides how he or she wishes to proceed: which issues to explore, the extent to which an issue is pursued, and the pace of the learning process itself. While it is generally assumed that users have no prior knowledge of the issues developed in this module, even those with a solid background in international relations will benefit since many concepts are explored in-depth.
